Abstract

"Electronic Asset Maintenance Monitoring Information System Using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Method Based on Website at the Aceh Transportation Department
The management of electronic assets at the Aceh Transportation Department is still carried out manually using Excel, making it prone to recording errors, data duplication, and difficulties in monitoring asset conditions and maintenance schedules. This study aims to develop an Electronic Asset Maintenance Monitoring Information System based on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to improve efficiency, transparency, and accuracy in electronic asset management.
The research methodology includes observation, interviews, and system development using PHP programming language and MySQL database. The system is designed with key features such as electronic asset recording, real-time asset condition monitoring, automatic maintenance scheduling, and interactive dashboard-based reporting. System testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method to ensure that all system features function according to user requirements.
The results of this study indicate that the developed system can simplify asset recording, improve data accuracy, optimize maintenance processes, and provide well-structured and easily accessible reports. With this ERP-based system, electronic asset management at the Aceh Transportation Department becomes more effective and efficient, supporting faster and more accurate decision-making.
